Project Manager – Dublin based Property Firm

Hybrid working available – There will be a requirement to be available to travel to site or HQ in Dublin potentially at short notice.

The candidate we are looking for will have experience of successfully project managing commercial / real estate projects in Ireland / UK with particular emphasis on pre-construction (Planning / Design / Procurement) activities. Project experience will include some of the following sectors: Commercial Offices, Hotel / Leisure, Industrial / Logistics Buildings, residential (PRS / Mixed Use) or large scale fit-outs and mixed use schemes.

NB this is not an IT project management requirement.

Our clients Project Management team delivers services across the full spectrum of project delivery, from strategic advice and inception design, through to construction and handover. They also provide an integrated suite of management services to deliver assets that improve the performance of their clients’ businesses. Preferable sector/service experience including, but not limited to one or more of the following:

Commercial developer, Commercial offices/fit-out, Schools, Further and Higher Education, Residential, Sport, Leisure and Hospitality Industrial Building construction.

 

Requirements:

  • A proven track record of delivering high quality project management services on commercial projects across the full project lifecycle from €1-20m.
  • Professionally qualified, or working towards professional qualification (MRICS, CIOB, ICE, APM or similar) Experience of working for or with a project management or design consultancy desired. Main contracting experience will be considered with good client facing experience.
  • Experience of procuring consultant teams and effectively management their appointments
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A team player who can lead by example for both internal colleagues and external organisations. Ability to work professionally with external organisations delivering client satisfaction.
  • Ability to successfully manage and prioritise workloads of more than one project at a time.
  • Standard Senior Project Management duties will include managing staff, lead projects and positively contribute to winning new work.

Salary Range: €60,000.00 to 75,000 /year (dependent on experience) + benefits package
